Friendly Reminders to Understand Each Other Better

by: Aya Fernandez
          1. White light holds a rainbow, we just don’t see them.
-          Sometimes, the way you see things is not the way they really are. You don’t know the whole story. Or you might think you have seen the whole portrait, but were you the painter? Try furnishing a replicate, then that’s the only time you’d be able to identify the mix and strokes of colors; nevertheless, it’s just and still a replicate.

2. Did you know that ladybugs make sounds too? – It’s true. We just don’t hear them but they do.

-          Open your eyes wider. See more. Reach more. You’ll lose nothing from listening. Be a friend and make a person’s day.

3. We cannot teach calculus to someone who’s only started counting one to three

-          It’s simple: sometimes, we don’t need to tell to those who cannot understand. So instead of calculus, why not try discussing basic arithmetic. Anyway, through time they’d be able to learn algebra, trigonometry, geometry, and then finally calculus.

4. Dogs don’t bark when they cry

-          There are many things left chosen unsaid. Sometimes we may be the person who has only started counting one to three, so others prefer not teaching their calculus. Slow down. Know what you really know.

5. No body of water was ever made shallow. The qualitative depth only depends who swims into it.

-          An ant may drown in a droplet, as well as a kitten in a 3-feet drum. But remember, it’s not because they’re smaller. You drown in seas too. It’s because God gives us our own waters to swim into. When you find a friend’s problem too shallow, instead of belittling his strengths, why not find the horizon instead? And again, you might be forgetting the first reminder. How dare you pretend that you see the rainbow of white light.

These are just few of the reminders we tend to forget. . . Now, let's all be the best friend we can be, good day and God bless :)
